I have always been a writer of stories, writing films and plays, then around the world as a teacher before coming home to Melbourne to become a copywriter.

That was fun! I like writing for a purpose, especially getting to know people and their work before getting on with improving their businesses.

While doing that, I found that the process of designing a business was very similar to designing a game while writing stories.

In doing so, I met a lot of people who didn't really like their jobs, as if they had chosen poorly a decade or so ago, and didn't know how to do anything that they really wanted to do.

In rewriting their business, I was often able to find them their purpose and give their lives some authentic meaning!

Loved that. Wanted to do more of that.
So I learned coaching skills and earned qualifications in some very effective coaching techniques and trained up specifically to help people transform their frustrating jobs into awesome careers with meaning.

Especially if they would like to work for themselves.
